Project on changes conception has been already prepared

In accordance with the regulation of the Constitutional Assembly, it, as a deliberative authority at the President of Ukraine, has to be convened not rarer than one time per quarter. However, the chairman of the Assembly Leonid Kravchuk does not consider the mentioned regulation obligatory because during the work the questions which require the detailed analysis and approvals appear. And advantage is given to this, and not to the time frames and periodicity of meetings.
