Kharkiv - the chess capital of Ukraine

At the chess championship of Europe among men, which was held in Polish town Lignica, the gold medal was got by the representative of Ukraine, citizen of Kharkiv, grand master Oleksandr Moiseienko. Taking into account the row of other achievements of representatives of Kharkiv chess school – last year Anton Korobov became the champion of Ukraine, and Anna Ushenina won the rank of the world champion in the individual and team events, Kharkiv can be named a chess capital of Ukraine by right.
