Practical work alters the geometry of power relations

It is hard for me to say whether this triangle is equilateral. They are more or less equilateral in the Constitution. Practical work always alters the geometry of power relations, - answered to journalists the Head of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Moroz during the meeting with the group of parliamentary newspaper "Holos Ukrayiny" (The voice of Ukraine). - we have to bear in mind that president should not be in the triangle. Here must be the judicial power, executive power and legislature. President stands in the centre of the triangle. He is the shank which cements relations. Also the work foundations are formed around him.

Coalition treaty is a basis for building the program of the Cabinet of Ministers. Interrelations of the parliament and the government are based on the principles of interaction and mutual responsibility.
