Themis with people!

According to the Constitution of Ukraine the only source of power (which is divided into three branches: legislative, executive and judicial) in our country is the people. Thus, the judiciary in Ukraine is fully resides (come of) in the people. And only the nation can form it, change and participate in its functioning.
