Gas exploration

On January 24, 2013 the company “Shell”, LLC “Nadra Yuzivska” and the government of Ukraine signed an agreement on the distribution of production from the output of unconventional gas within Yuzivska area for a period of 50 years.
People's Deputy of Ukraine Oleksiy AZAROV (the district № 47 - the city Slovyansk, Oleksandrivskiy and Slovianskiy areas) applied to specialized government agencies and the operator company regarding the state of the project at the moment and what residents of the region should expect soon. They ask their deputy about this.
It should be pointed out that Yuzivska area is located in the Dnieper-Donetsk oil and gas bearing basin on the territory of two regions: Donetsk region (Krasnolymanskiy, Slovianskiy, Oleksandrivskiy, Kostyantynivskiy, Artemivskiy, Dobropilskiy and Yasinuvatskiy regions) and Kharkiv region (Balakliyskiy, Izyumskiy and Barvinkivsky regions).
