How to counter international terrorism?

Arif GULIEV, professor of the faculty of the international law of the Kyiv institute of international relations of the National Aviation University shared his vision of the evolution of international terrorism with “Viche”. A month ago, at the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, he successfully defended his doctoral thesis “Comparative legal analysis of the role of the presidency in combating of the international terrorism (by the example of Ukraine and the Azerbaijani Republic)”.
