– Two years have passed since then. What have you managed to do in the village?

– The first year for me was a year of tests. In winter all roads frozen. Bila village is suburban, half of population works in the district center which could not be reached. I understood that if I do not have my own equipment, machines for clearing the streets, then I am a cadger. On the territory of the village there are two enterprises which use the land plots of the villagers. And I addressed to them for help.

Now we have a tractor, which has been modernized, and is now used for cleaning the road.
