Roman ZASTAVNYI: “Citizens of Ternopil have to task the chairman and the city council, and officials have to execute them and report to society”

New city chairman of Ternopil Roman Zastavnyi is firmly convinced that his tenure of office has to work to the maximum for the society of city. A young leader has made his top-priority aim to obtain such results that Ternopil would be low only on the list of negative figures in Ukraine, and not the reverse as it was up to now.
