The agro-industrial enterprise “Hors-KLM”, which is situated in Fastov area of the capital region, is unique according to many parameters. It was founded under the leadership of Leonid KELVYCH, experienced economist and professional, and during four years of its existence it has turned into a serious player in the agricultural sector. Among the state honors of Leonid Mykolaevich are the following titles: "Honored Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine", third class Order “Of Merit". Recently on the occasion of the Day of Agriculture workers he was personally congratulated by the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, and the famous agrarian was awarded with the second class order “Of Merit”.
