Through the life passes - to the scientific tops

Outstanding Ukrainian scientist, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, honored scientist of Ukraine, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine, director of the Institute of Hydromechanics of NAS of Ukraine Viktor GRINCHENKO recently celebrated his 75th anniversary. The author of fundamental works and discoveries in the field of acoustics and fluid mechanics, he has many-sided knowledge and a wide range of research interests, he generates ideas which are always up to date. Our conversation with the academician began from the memories of times when he became a student of the mathematical faculty of the Kiev State University.
