Democracy is not to be manipulated

The tasks to develop and ground a number of regulations, which will be suggested to the project of constitutional amendments, were approved and ratified at the regular meeting of the Constitutional Assembly Commission on the questions of democracy headed by Anatoliy Selivanov.
