Role of social partnership in providing the system level of development of the civil society

Updating the labour relations system becomes of current importance for Ukraine. On this way the considerable steps related to the new project of the Labour Code (adopted already in 2008 in the first reading) and replacement of the operating (soviet) Labour Code have already been done.
