Among the processes of the global significance which reveal typical peculiarities of the present time, first of all are worthy of notice those which are connected with the achievements in the biological science. However, we notice at once: we consider these scientific achievements not only as a benefit to mankind, but as steps that might bring civilization closer to the forbidden boundaries of knowledge.
