Climate changes are now noticeable not only for professionals, armed with sensitive instruments and materials of many years’ meteorology observations, but also for ordinary people. Caused by increase of the greenhouse gases emissions and by influence of the other factors, these changes, in its turn, determine the increase of quantity of the natural disasters. In particular, abnormal high floods with destructive consequences have become more frequent.
