The parliamentarians amended article 6 of the Law “On the State budget of Ukraine in 2012” (in relation to the financing of the natural gas substitution projects). The law was drafted in accordance with the message of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada in relation to the bringing of Chinese investment and technological possibilities in the Ukrainian economy.
