Contradictions in the projects - the consequences in the laws

Redistribution of responsibilities between the government and the head of the state led to appearance of the very interesting statutory and regulatory stories in the Parliament. Draft №10219, which was passed in the first reading, gave evidence to this: this draft stipulates the changes of the legal acts which coordinate the activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
