Career starts with education

Khmelnytskyi Retraining and Advanced Training Center for the workers of the state and local self-government authorities, state enterprises, establishments and organizations turned 20 years old. For this period almost 25 thousand persons have taken the course of studies in its auditoriums. They managed to organize the educational process so that a public officer could improve his educational level and obtain new knowledge during his career.
