Legal literature has been enriched with one more interesting book where the acute issues of law enforcement, state and legal formation, interconnection between the national sovereignty, rights, legal culture with the human and citizen rights*. Its authors are V. Holovchenko, a candidate of legal sciences, honored lawyer of Ukraine, and O. Holovchenko, a candidate for a doctor’s degree of the Joint Center for Doctoral Training of the International Personnel Academy, the International Human Resources Academy and the Open International University.
