Separate issues of the electoral disputes considered by the courts

One of the tasks of the updated electoral legislation is the removal of irrelevances, which existed in the previous editions of the law on the election of folk deputies of Ukraine, especially those which created the threat of falsification of the will of the citizens, enabled to limit the passive right to vote in almost discretionary way, resulted in frequent disputes in the courts, etc. Presently it is already possible to assert that this task has been performed partly. But many questions remained open. Besides, not all of them can be settled only by the revision of these or those provisions of the electoral law. Part of problems is in the plane of inconsistent judicial practice of consideration of electoral disputes. Once again we would like to draw attention to some such problem issues.
