Those who bring to the light

On the eve of a professional holiday – Judicial Expert’s Day – the editorial staff of magazine “Viche” appealed to Oleksandr RUVINA, director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Judicial Investigation (KSRIJI) of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and asked to answer some questions.

– Meeting the requirements of practical activity, the institute initiates the development of scientific-methodological bases for the objects of intellectual property investigation, telecommunication systems, computer expertise, holographic signs, psychological and art history investigation, research and estimation of objects of water and air transport, and also the implementation of new types of investigations on the base of these developments.
