Formation of the migratory policy system in the context of national interests

In the state regulation of migration processes in Ukraine it is possible to define the row of components, each of which creates terms for the achievement of certain goal, and their aggregate provides functioning of the public migratory policy on the whole. Ukraine has an insignificant experience in this sphere, that is why the special attention has to be paid to the observance of norms of domestic legislation and international standards, taking into account the national interests in the migration management. For this purpose it is necessary to create an effective mechanism capable to regulate migratory processes.
