Engagement is a resource for the budget and the investment in the quality of life

Main argument for that the reform of local self-government has to take place finally is that everybody now faces one acute problem – how we can improve the life of people by our everyday work and particular actions. On one hand, we discuss the terms of their life, quality of services in different spheres, and, on the other hand, we talk about economic self-sustainability and economic freedom which would provide our citizens with good life standards.
