Legal and economic prospects of building a national model of financial support for social and cultural sphere in Ukraine

The question of financial support of social and cultural sphere was problematic at all times and ages. Resolving it means to ensure social and political stability in the society, to create conditions for sustainable economic development and social progress. According to many scientists, if new approaches to the solution of the problems are not created in the social and cultural sphere, the international community will experience a significant shock that have no national boundaries. The mentioned problems are particularly relevant for the most of the former Soviet countries, which Ukraine belongs to.
