Bringing perspectives to the European integration closer, taking care of national interests

Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Foundations of Domestic and Foreign Policy” states that Ukraine as a European non-aligned state will carry out an open foreign policy and seek cooperation with all interested partners, avoiding dependence on countries, groups of States or international organizations [7].
With the primary membership of Ukraine in the UN and its further participation in some universal and regional organizations of all efforts made by Kyiv after independence were focused on membership in major international formations and institutions.
