Constitutional cultural rights and freedoms of a human being and citizen at the present stage of democratic development in Ukraine

Appointment of any social system (economic, political, and legal) is primarily in the regulation of social relations and ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the individual. It is certainly true of the legal system of Ukraine which has its own characteristics and unique features and characteristics.
Unlike countries where legal systems have evolved gradually and evolutionary, Ukraine had the rapid formation of a national legal system as a factor regulating to the legal processes, means of democracy [1, p. 4].
