About some issues related to the procedural provision of measures on corruption prevention and fight

There as many predictions about the corruption fight as about a doomsday. It is a very ancient problem. Already in 2800 B.C. on clay tablets it was determined as a bribery and corruption which enables public servants with impunity to misuse one’s office for private benefit, and forces the citizens to play by the rules of the refined schemes of mutual cover-ups. Corruption is a source of enriching of officials of all levels, and that is why it acquires the features of public phenomenon, and the fight against it becomes of a current importance.
