Formation of internal persuasion of a judge in cases connected with human trafficking

Modern globalization processes are characterized with the high level of scientific development, however, while settling civilization problems, the societies are forced to counteract against criminal underground which uses a human being as an object of trade with the purpose of it subsequent exploitation. S. Filonenko has clearly defined such criminogenic situation: “Children trafficking does not surprise anybody today” [10]. A lot of research works are devoted to the settlement of problems related to the legislative provision of human trafficking prevention, improvement of investigation practice and judicial inquiry of the mentioned category of cases [1]. The improvement of court decisions in this category of cases, from the point of view of judges who examined them, depends on the factors which influence on the internal persuasion which results in the justice sentence grounded by the established truth.
