In 2012 we will finally define the legal conditions for economic cooperation with our international partners, the basis of creating of free trade zone with the European Union, the CIS countries. I hope that the Parliament will support these solutions.

I think that the work with the amendments to the constitution is primarily a matter of specialists, scientists, civil society and, of course, the people’s representatives in parliament.
