Country where people, dolphins and black swans are happy

In Sevastopol dolphinarium in Artbukhta the International Day of the Black sea was celebrated and the role of Sevastopol dolphinarium in environmental protection and rehabilitations of the sea was discussed. Last year it was fifteen years since the Black Sea countries agreed to celebrate the International Day of the Black Sea. Later, on April, 17, 2009, the governments of Bulgaria, Georgia, Russia, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine accepted the “Strategic action plan for environmental protection and rehabilitations of the Black Sea” which foresees the row of measures in relation to the maintenance of a good value of water in the Black sea and decrease of the risk of the extinction of some species.
The conference was opened by the scientific leader of Sevastopol dolphinarium in Artbukhta Oleksandr Vasylyovych Zhbanov.
