Personnel policy and personnel politics

Development of the society, its progress and regression are determined by only and absolutely one factor - staff professionalism. Staff makes the world with all its achievements and problems. And even if we state that the society functions and develops in accordance with its laws, we need to realize that they should be subjectivised by the staff. Comprehending professionally the objective processes, personnel worker at any level of labor pyramid, from a president to a simple toiler, should act on the basis of cognized, deliberate and subjectivised reality.
