Concept and features of legal personality of jurisdictional bodies in labor law

The current stage of the introduction of market reforms in Ukraine is associated with the necessity in more attention to the problems of ensuring, protection of rights and interests of subjects of labor law. The risk of their violations is obvious under such conditions due to lack of a relevant labor legislation, socially-oriented economic reforms, and constructive model of social partnership and cooperation between workers, employers, state and local governments and others.
