Legal and the economic principles of organization of charitable associations’ activity

Past and present development of human society shows that almost every social system paid and pays attention to charitable activities, rationaling and effective implementation of charitable programs, organization of charity movement.

Charity organization are forms, methods and means of formation and use of charitable resources, monitoring of their movement in order to achieve a social effect. The public interest is put at the basis of charity organization.
