Stroke of fate in buffer area

We already can forget about reckless several month excitement round the question of possibility/impossibility of initialing of the Agreement on the association between Ukraine and the European Union, and start thinking about new technical conditions and time frames. As long as on the 19th of December 2011 when the XV summit Ukraine – EU was finished, the negotiators came to the common comprehension only in relation to the complete text of the Agreement on the association which will define future contractual and legal basis of their relations. “Presently technical preparation of the final consolidated version of agreement is possible. In particular, it concerns deep and all-prevading free trade zone. The main purpose is to initial it as soon as possible.” – is said in the General statement declared after the summit.
