Without a thought of terms

I think, if Kuchma thought less of the third term, and more of what he would leave after himself(including history) then he could during the last two years carry out the constitutional reform in full measure and then open for Ukraine the way to the European democracy. And I think there could be much less reproaches, particularly in historical aspect, directed against him.So Ukraine has the chance and the way to move in the direction of European democracy, because the paliamentary-presidential and particularly parliamentary form of government are the most typical for the European countries with a developed democracy. This form of government was accepted by the majority of the post-Soviet and post- socialist countries, especially of the Eastern Europe. This is is a correct tendency and it can give hopes.
