Constitution and legal policy issues

Realizing that one of the important means of the legal policy performance is quality by content, internally and externally consistent, stable legislation of Ukraine; it would be appropriate to propose the following further development of the legal policy: development of the national Concept of the legal policy of Ukraine, and on its basis - special purpose programs, whose main task will be the realization of the national interests in every field of the legal policy. Political, economic and social stability in Ukraine should be its result, which is an important condition of its becoming into equal partner of European states and, eventually, performance of article 1 of the Constitution which declares "Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic, social and legal state."
