Annually before the beginning of the heating season Rivne authorities have to lend money, that is to take a several million loan. This autumn has not become an exception: city chairman Volodymyr KHOMKO (in the picture) negotiated actively with several banks to get at least UAH 20 million. Exactly this sum of money, according to his calculations (by the way, Khomko is an experienced utility provider), will be needed after the debts for the previous periods declared by the government are written off and the difference between the cost of the blue fuel and its tariffs is reimbursed.
