The peculiarity of right succession of international agreements on the legal help and their place in present-day international law

The peculiarity of right succession of agreements on the legal help in civil, criminal and family cases first of all lies in the fact that such fields of law like civil and family belong to a private law, on the other hand the problems of criminal law and also the problems of delinquent extradition - belong to public law.The aim of this article - is to define the place of agreements on the legal help in a present-day system of law on the example of division of international law into public and private.
