Elements of court procedures in cases connected with extremism

In the Plan of arrangements on the performance of obligations and liabilities taken by Ukraine and which appear because of its membership in the Council of Europe, ratified by the Decree of the President of Ukraine as of January, 12, 2011, the necessity of strengthening of legal principles of freedom of the world view and religion is marked for Ukraine (p. 6),  realization of additional arrangements on the perfection of legal regulation of international relations (p. 8), implementation of the resolution of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (2003) in relation to the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by Ukraine (p. 9) [21].
