Dolphins can not live in troubled waters

“Viche” magazine and other national media have repeatedly attracted the attention of readers to the problem of Sevastopol’s dolphinarium. If yesterday it was necessary just to help solving them, today urgent help is needed.

In May 2012 this company's lease of the territory expires, and its extension is under question, given the course of correspondence with local authorities. It is not necessarily that the time "X" will come and the miracle will happen: Dolphinarium staff finally gets long-awaited permission to implement its project for which it did not even requested money in the city. Initiators are ready to cope with the financial challenge alone, to take a loan. The silence of those who should say “yes”, however, makes the team of Dolphinarium to seriously worry already today.
