II. Political regime in Ukraine: tendencies of formation

Power is one of fundamental basis of the society. It exists everywhere where there are fixed unions of people, such as families, production collectives, different organizations and establishments, and in the state. Power is the ability of the system to provide the performance by its elements of the accepted by it obligations directed on the realization of joint aims. Bertrand Rassell: “Power can be defined as a realization of the set aims” [1].
