Defense of fundamental human and citizen rights during the granting of official interpretation of positions of the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

In legal literature the concept “official interpretation” of legal standards is connected with the requirement in additional explanation of these standards which appeared during their application. In particular, it results from the phraseology meaning of the words in this combination of words: “official is something that is inculcated, regulated, issued by the government, government institution or official” and “interpretation is a text which contains explanation and exposition of something».
