Peculiarities of functioning of the institute of constitutional complaint in the Federal Republic of Germany

In the process of becoming and development of the constitutional legal proceeding of Ukraine long discussions in relation to the introduction of the institute of constitutional complaint as one of the most effective legal facilities of defense of fundamental rights and freedoms of people and embodiment of constitutional values in the national law and order have arisen repeatedly. Professional discussion of the problem relating to the recognition of the constitutional complaint by Ukraine requires foremost careful study of the world experience of introduction of this constitutional and legal institute which is known to many countries of both Europe and other parts of the world.
