Legal Background of Autonomy of Arbitration Caution

Arbitration agreement is one of the most important constituents of an international commercial contract, no less essential than terms and conditions, say, about the quality of goods or terms of its supply. Actually, in case of violation of any contract the terms and conditions about the order of dispute resolution become a very important component of an agreement. Therefore, an arbitration agreement is the agreement between the sides to bring to the arbitration all or some disputes which have appeared or can appear between them in connection with some concrete legal relationships regardless of whether they have contractual character or not.
