Experience of Counteraction of Economic Criminality in the Industrial Complex of Donbas in the Period of NEP (new economic policy)

Present terms of reformation of the law-enforcement system in the country, traditional to a certain extent irritating character of the resource Donetsk problem, without exaggeration historical experience of those NEP attempts of the legal regulation in the fight against new by then types of criminality – all these, indisputably, is of a special interest foremost in the research and scientific sphere. As far as in fact actions regarding the introduction of market relations made almost a century ago were also accompanied by simple changes both in legal and other spheres.
