Establishment of the Institute on Protection of Rights of Refugees in the System of International Law: Present Stage

Migration processes have become an inevitable feature of the humanity development since its origin. For the most people left their lived-in places not of own accord but in order to survive and to protect their life. Migration has acquired a global character since the end of 80th - beginning of 90th of the XX century, when all continents found themselves under the influence of this phenomenon.
