Subject of Policy as a Subject of Profession

The national system of training and retraining of personnel gives dozens (if not hundreds) professions to the country. We value the work of a miner, a steelmaker, a serviceman, a soldier and a teacher. And all professions are honoured by us. Our national science has provided all professions with social feasibility, practical richness of content, methodical organization and legal defense. But we lose sight of the profession which manages all affairs: economic, social, technical, ecological, bioethical and all other without an exception. We do not see the “elephant” which manages all the affairs in the social “zoo”. This is the profession of a politician.
