Vertical of Executive Power Becomes More Harmonious. Dualism is being Avoided

Continuing the work on the administrative reform, in March the national deputies adopted the amendments to the Law “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, and also adopted in the second reading the Law “On the Central Organs of Executive Power”, presented by the President of Ukraine.

Law “On the Central Organs of Executive Power” determines the features of the status of a ministry, other central organs of executive power, the powers of a minister as a head of a ministry, deputy ministers, the structure of the apparatus of a ministry etc.
