Oleksandr Bandurka: “We have been Creating our Own State with all its Necessary Attributes for 20 Years. The Task for the Future is to Bring Up the Ukrainian-Patriot of this Country”

In the 1990-ies Oleksandr M. Bandurka initiated the creation of the world's first police establishment of higher education of the university type. Now he is the Doctor of Law, professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Colonel-General of Police. He is the head of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (KNUIA) and belongs to the circle of scientists - lawyers of Ukraine who are working actively and productively. Due to his direct participation, a number of fundamental documents have been developed and adopted in Ukraine, such as: the Declaration on State Sovereignty, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution. Basic laws and codes created by him during all the years of his activities can be hardly counted.

I consider it to be necessary to examine from criminological point of view every law or subordinate legislation act with the view to the distant negative consequences

Oleksandr Markovych has realized a lot and has even more plans for the future. Colonel-General of Police O. Bandurka as a true patriot of Ukraine warmly supports peace and harmony in the country and wishes prosperity to his Motherland.
