“Constitutional night” have lasted for five years

The constitutional process in Ukraine has begun five years prior to adoption of the fundamental legal document that confirmed the state system at the highest legislative level. Antistate authorities consecutively, aggressively and purposefully hampered this process, expecting for the renovation of the preceding totalitarian system. The mines put by the left-wing radicals in the legal field of our new-born state at the beginning of the 90th of the last century aren’t still fully neutralized, and some of them still blow up from time to time, and it becomes perceptible at the people’s level of life and at a public climate.
