Opposition to the Safety Threats in the USA and Great Britain: Comparative Analysis

Every country, that is one of links of the system of international relations, tries to distinguish clearly on its own its potential threats and dangers. Depending on it its foreign and national policy, and also safety doctrines which usually come forward as the mechanism of determination of “sensible” themes and regions for every state are formed. Some authors use such doctrines for the documentary fixing of their spheres of influence, because exactly due to them the state executers can more successfully plan collaboration with other participants of the world process at two- or multilateral level.
